My style is classic, romantic, & playful. My images are light filled and true to color. A few fun facts about me:
I grew up in Santa Cruz, CA and love my home town. My happy place is outdoors hiking or trail running. Some hiking favorites: Henry Cowell State Park, Nisene Marks, Quail Hollow Ranch, and any of the Santa Cruz or Monterey beaches.
I love getting together with friends, deep conversation, and laughter. I enjoy dark roast coffee - French roast is the best. I dabble in watercolor painting, and love to travel.
I adore my husband and 2 young adult children. We have one very spoiled black cat, a flock of 7 chickens, & a bee hive.

I purchased my first "real camera" the day before my daughter's due date. I didn't want to miss one detail or stage of life - and I wanted that reflected in high quality photographs.
In my family or at any event, I've always felt the need to preserve memories. When I'm on a hike or traveling, I feel the experience is that much better when I can capture the majesty before me. I delight in the tiniest details & design of a flower, or the breathtaking expanse of mountains or ocean. My happy place is taking clients to my favorite locations in the Monterey Bay, capturing the connection between people in the outdoor studio with beautiful light.
